Birth Doula
Investment: $1500
Includes:

1-2 prenatal meetings to talk through your birth preferences, get to know one another, and practice physical comfort measures. These meetings help to establish what the ideal "birth sanctuary" looks like for you, and how we can best achieve it, even in changing circumstances.

My availability to you via text/phone call for any questions or concerns specific to pregnancy, labor & birth.

Continuous physical and emotional support throughout labor & delivery, putting to action the comfort measures and coping skills talked through in our meetings.

Birth Photography* during labor, birth, and immediately postpartum. *This is included in your fee, but completely dependent on how your birth unfolds, and your unique preferences. I will always put being your doula first.

1 postpartum meeting to debrief your birth experience with you, and to help you settle into life with your new little one. I will answer breastfeeding questions (within my scope of practice), go over newborn care, provide resources specific to your needs, and will celebrate with you on welcoming baby home!

Family Mini Session
Capture those first moments after settling in at home, or get those family pictures in before the holiday season! Bringing my past photography skills into doula work has been another beautiful way to connect with my clients and meet new families. In-home mini sessions are $300, 30-40 min long with 20+ edited photos.

The Sanctuary
Resource Library
A growing collection of physical books related to parenting, pregnancy, birth, post-partum, breastfeeding and more! There are so many great resources out there, but it can be overwhelming to think of spending money on books you aren't sure will be helpful or not. Enter the Sanctuary Resource Library! As a birth or postpartum client, you have full access to my library throughout your time with me as a birth or postpartum client. Check out some of the titles I have available here.
